Combatting racism and racial inequality

ClientEarth believes that justice is vital for a future in which people and planet thrive together and that justice should never depend on a person's race or the colour of their skin.

We are a charity that works across the globe and are committed to combatting racism and racial inequality in the communities where we work and in the wider world.

As an organisation whose team is predominantly white, we also know that there is much more that we can and must do ourselves. We are deeply committed to making that happen and have started a deep internal review of the way that we work.

Separately, and as a small first step, we’re going to start making space on our social media channels to highlight voices of black, Asian and minority ethnic climate activists. It’s crucial that their voices and messages reach a wider audience and we want to play our part in making that happen.
