This is the first of a series of four workshops and a conference. This workshop on Capacity Mechanisms brought together representatives of the European Commission (DG Competition and DG Energy) as well as energy market experts, State aid lawyers and environmental groups to discuss the Commission’s assessment of Capacity Mechanisms in the UK, Poland, Italy and Germany.
