This is the presentation given at the workshop 'Is the existing State aid framework in support of a decarbonised Europe? A critical assessment of the EU State aid Guidelines for renewable energy sources'.

The presentation 'Making State aid work for Europe's Decarbonisation' examined competitive bidding procedure, technology-neutrality or specificity in tenders, cross-border auctions, small-scale installations and renewable energy communities.

The workshop, organised by ClientEarth and Agora Energiewende, took place on 22 October 2019 in Brussels.
