Response to Consultation on Amendments to Procedural Provisions in Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines

ClientEarth's comments on the 11 May 2020 consultation of the European Commission on a planned procedural clarification in four electricity guidelines by way of a Commission Implementing Regulation. More specifically the consultation refers to the procedure for adopting Terms, Conditions and Methodologies in implementation of the following Guidelines:

1. Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management
2. Forward Capacity Allocation
3. Electricity Balancing Guidelines
4. System Operation Guidelines
