MOP Aarhus side event 14 October 2021

Ahead of the Aarhus Meeting of the Parties, ClientEarth and Justice & Environment organised a side event focusing on recent developments in relation to access to justice in environmental matters.

Presenters discussed new access to justice resources as well as the most recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the Aarhus Convention Compliance Committee (ACCC).
