Internal review request for Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 582/2012

Pursuant to Article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1367/2006 of 6 September 20061 (the
“Aarhus Regulation”), Pesticide Action Network Europe, ClientEarth and Générations
Futures (together “the Applicants”) hereby make a request of the Commission for the
internal review of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 582/2012 of 2 July
20122 (the “Bifenthrin Approval Regulation”).
