Defra Response to Environmental Information Request on proposals to improve air quality

Defra denied the request to share the information it sent to the European Commission following a meeting on 30 January 2018 with regards to its proposals to improve air quality. This was done on the grounds that the information concerned international relations and could prejudice possible legal proceedings between the UK and European Commission.
