ClientEarth’s response to European Commission’s the consultation on the New EU Soil Strategy – healthy soil for a healthy life. ClientEarth considers it key that the EU elaborates a new EU-wide common legal framework for the protection and sustainable use of soil that addresses all existing threats to soil and includes binding and time-bound targets to restore and protect soil.
