ClientEarth response to the Task Force on Climate-related Disclosures (TCFD) consultation

On 14 December 2016, the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) issued its draft recommendations for helping businesses disclose climate-related financial risks and opportunities. It then launched a consultation on these recommendations.

ClientEarth provided a formal submission to the Consultation. This document sets out ClientEarth's general comments and key concerns in response to the TCFD Report and in support of its formal submission.
