Fran Warburton

Focus

Fran joined our Strategic Communications team in ClientEarth’s London office in January 2021, with a focus on supporting our work on climate and energy in Asia, as well as our climate finance and climate accountability programmes.

Experience

Before joining ClientEarth, Fran worked in a specialist communications agency, where she managed campaigns for corporate clients in the sports betting and gaming industry. She was previously a reporter for PaymentsCompliance, covering legal and regulatory developments in the financial services and banking sectors.

Education

Fran has a BA in Journalism from Kingston University.

The next ten years will be the most critical yet in the fight against climate change. It’s incredibly inspiring to be part of an organisation that makes a significant impact in protecting our planet and the rights of local communities through powerful legal tools and a pragmatic approach.
