As a practice that often misleads the public and promotes false solutions to the climate crisis, greenwashing has the potential to seriously undermine progress towards a thriving planet. The recent legal win against KLM - which found that the airline’s  climate advertising had broken the law - showed that the courts can play a powerful role in the greenwashing crackdown. Join us for a special session offering insights on investigating and analysing greenwashing, exploring how it promotes dis- and mis-information, and possible solutions, including the crucial role of the law in protecting us from it. Attendees will gain insights into how to navigate the information landscape and advice on easy actions they can take to join in the fight for information integrity.
