Regulation – 2009 - Regulation on Environmental Impact Assessment – Liberia

Issued by the FDA the 2009 Regulation on EIAs implements Chapter 19, Section 19.1 (g), (h), (j) and (k) of the 2006 Forestry Reform Law. It deals with the submission of Environmental Management Plans, the consultation and decision-making processes as well as the EIA process. It also singles out provisions on monitoring.
