Regulation – 1990 – Forestry Development Authority Regulation No19 on Sustainability of the Resource Base for Fuel Wood and Charcoal Production – Liberia

FDA Regulation No 18 imposes a ban on the exportation of a number of species as logs. It also provides for a penalty where a producer and/or exporter contravening the provisions of this Regulation. The Regulation is designed as a conservation measure to ensure a sustainable production of wood products for both local and international markets.
