Regulation – 1990 - Forestry Development Authority Regulation No18 Banning Export of Selected Species as Logs - Liberia

FDA Regulation No 18 imposes a ban on the exportation of a number of species as logs. It also provides for a penalty where a producer and/or exporter contravening the provisions of this Regulation. The Regulation is designed as a conservation measure to ensure a sustainable production of wood products for both local and international markets.
