Regulation – 1988 – Forestry Development Authority Regulation No14 on Export of Logs and Processed Wood – Liberia

Abstract

Hereby the FDA regulates export quotas on logs and processed woods and the issuance of export permits. Regulation No 14 also contains processing requirements as per concession agreement.

Amendments

FDA Regulation No 15 (1987) amended Section I, II and III of Regulation No 14 in respect to export quotas on logs and processed wood and the issuance of export permits.
