Proposal for the revision of the EU Fisheries State Aid Guidelines

This is one of two documents related to the upcoming revision of the EU Fisheries State Aid Guidelines. It is a detailed proposal with suggestions of amendments to the current Guidelines, seeking to align the current EU Fisheries State Aid regime with the EU’s own commitments to sustainability.
