NGO briefings on preventing dolphin and porpoise bycatch

These briefing papers were distributed at an event in the European Parliament on 5 December 2019, which raised awareness about the bycatch problem in European waters and highlighted the need for emergency measures to protect the Baltic Sea harbour porpoise and the Bay of Biscay common dolphin. The event was organised by ClientEarth, Whale and Dolphin Conservation, Seas At Risk, Coalition Clean Baltic, and the International Fund for Animal Welfare.
