LIFE-A2J-EARL Final report

The LIFE A2J-EARL project aimed at improving the implementation and enforcement of European Union environmental law by providing the public with effective access to justice (judicial review, but also administrative review and complaints to other appeal bodies).

It was carried out by ClientEarth and Justice&Environment from 2017 to 2020.
