Joint NGO letter on ring-fencing for marine protection

In this letter, 20 NGOs ask Members of the Fisheries Committee of the European Parliament to ring-fence at least 25% of the budget of the post-2020 European Maritime and Fisheries Fund for activities that protect and restore the marine environment.
