Healthy Air Campaign: House of Commons briefing on the WHO amendment to the Environment Bill

The briefing explains why MPs need to keep Lords amendment 3 which would ensure that the UK Government commits to meeting the World Health Organization's (WHO) 2005 guidelines for fine particulate matter (PM2.5) air pollution by 2030 at the latest.
