EU Soil Health Law

Following the European Commission's announcement of a pan-EU soil legislative framework – the Soil Health Law – this briefing shows that the Soil Health Law is not only urgently needed, but is also fully in line with two key EU legal principles, namely the integration and the subsidiarity principles.
