Environmental Assessment (Amendment) Regulations 2002

The Environmental Assessment (Amendment) Regulations 2002 consist of small changes to the regulations of the same name, published in 1999.  Alterations have been made to regulation 8, regarding changes to processing charges and environmental permit fees, dependent on industry sector and scale. These changes have been added as Schedules 2A, 2B and 2C.
