Communication to the Aarhus Convention Compliance Committee regarding Forest Management Plans

The subject of this communication is the lack of proper implementation of Art. 9(3) of the Aarhus Convention with relation to Forest Management Plans (FMPs) – the most important administrative documents regulating the management of state-owned forests in Poland.
