Comments on the Rapporteur’s Draft Report on the Proposal for Directive on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers

ClientEarth and ECCJ have reacted to the adoption of the draft report on the proposal for directive on collective redress. We express our concerns about the rapporteur’s proposed amendments that severely weaken the Commission’s directive proposal.
