ClientEarth’s written contribution to the revision process of the EU Fisheries Control System

ClientEarth’s response to the stakeholders consultation organised by the European Commission on the revision of the EU fisheries control system highlights the gaps and loopholes of the current Control Regulation and proposes solutions to remedy those. It calls on decision-makers to improve the implementation of the existing rules and to address the shortcomings in the current Regulation through its revision process.
