ClientEarth and Ember joint response to the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism Roadmap

Following the announcement of a Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism last December in the European Green Deal, the European Commission carried out a consultation on the measure, which aims to fight climate change by reflecting more accurately the carbon content of imports in the EU and thus, avoiding carbon leakage. This document is ClientEarth and Ember's joint response to the roadmap.
