ClientEarth amicus curiae in case Di Caprio and others v. Italy, September 2019

More than 40 Italian citizens and NGOs filed applications to the European Court of Human Rights against Italy alleging violation of their right to life, right to private and family life and right to information in the context of systematic failure of the Italian government to address the environmental pollution from waste (case Di Caprio and others v. Italy, 39742/14). ClientEarth filed an amicus curiae in the case addressing admissibility and merits.
