Carnival plc and Carnival Corporation FCA Referral Request

Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc, together with their consolidated subsidiaries, carry on business
as a leisure travel (cruise ships) operator, operating in the travel and tourism sector. Carnival plc is listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The purpose of this referral request (“Referral”) is to bring a number of breaches and potential breaches of Carnival plc’s legal duties to the attention of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and to request that the FCA refer it for investigation and enforcement action.
