ClientEarth and more than 30 other European NGOs are calling on EU decision makers to amend the Aarhus regulation on access to justice to ensure EU institutions can be held accountable when they fail to comply with EU law.
The current proposal must be improved to meet the minimum standards of access to justice as required by international law and enable people and NGOs to challenge decisions that could impede delivery of the European Green Deal.
