Blue Manifesto 2022 assessment

In 2019, over 100 non-governmental NGOs signed the Blue Manifesto, a roadmap for policymakers and legislators on the choice that will need to be made to strengthen and improve the existing EU marine policy framework. This paper presents the progress achieved in 2022 to meet the objectives of the Blue Manifesto.
