Annex I to ClientEarth and Seas At Risk letter to the European Commission regarding outstanding concerns about landing obligation exemption requests for the 2019 demersal discard plans for the North Sea and the North Western Waters.

This Annex is a technical letter that we sent to ministries in Member States active in the North Sea and North Western Waters regional groups, on 12 April 2018, outlining key issues and recommendations regarding the then upcoming joint recommendations for the 2019 discard plans.
