Act – 2013 – Act to Abolish the Payment of Annual Land Rental Bid Prenium on Contract Area and Merging of Export Taxes into Stumpage – Liberia

This Act abolishes the Annual Land Rental Bid Premium paid on contract Area and authorises in lieu, the FDA to levy, through regulations, a special production-based fee to compensate for revenue loss associated with the cancellation of the Annual Land Rental Bid Premium.
