Legal and regulatory frameworks determine the entry of new energy investments and the viability of existing energy businesses. It is crucial to futureproof these frameworks to account for climate risks and to ensure that these regimes do not encourage ventures that further damage the planet. It is a privilege to be part of this specific work that ClientEarth is undertaking.
