Setareh joined ClientEarth US and focuses on using corporate and securities laws to hold companies accountable for positive climate action. Before her role at ClientEarth, she served as a complex commercial litigator specialising in securities litigation at Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles. Setareh holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and is a member of the state bar of California. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a degree in philosophy and women’s studies.
