Ranja Łuszczek joined ClientEarth in September 2020 as a lawyer for the Climate and Forests Programme. Her work focuses on deforestation and illegal logging issues, particularly on improving the implementation and enforcement of the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR).

Experience

Prior to joining ClientEarth, Ranja practiced environmental law in one of the biggest Polish law firms.

Education

Ranja is a trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association. She holds a degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and post-graduate diploma in Energy from the Warsaw School of Economics.

We use the law to empower civil societies, make the governments and businesses environmentally accountable, and strive towards the adoption and enforcement of legal frameworks that will ensure a clean and safe planet for everyone. Working in a team of such experienced and dedicated individuals is truly inspiring.
