Quentin’s work focuses on markets and tackling the environmental impacts of European consumption, through policy advocacy, regulatory actions and strategic litigation in Europe. In particular, Quentin specialises in sustainable trade, investment and value chains. His area of expertise covers international trade, investment treaties, the World Trade Organization, corporate due diligence and reporting, as well as customs regulations.
Before joining ClientEarth, Quentin practised law in Paris, France, at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and the global law firm Allen & Overy, where he specialised in international investment and commercial arbitration, as well as commercial, civil and criminal litigation in multinational cases.
Quentin holds a Magister Juris, with Distinction, from the University of Oxford and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017.
Quentin graduated with honours from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole with an undergraduate law degree and a Master’s degree in International, European and Comparative Law, before obtaining a Master in International Trade Law at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, with honours.
