Maria joined ClientEarth in 2021. She focuses on developing and implementing strategic legal interventions to drive corporate and financial actors towards a low carbon future.

Experience

Prior to joining ClientEarth, Maria spent over seven years in private practice, primarily in London and Hong Kong, where she specialised in litigation, international arbitration and corporate (shareholder and director-focused) dispute resolution.

Education

Maria holds a BA (Joint Honours) in French and Chinese from the University of Manchester. She is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, with higher rights of audience. She is fluent in French.
