Guillermo joined our Brussels office in 2020. His work focuses on energy law and policy, aimed at ensuring a fast transition to clean energy systems in Europe and Asia.
Among other places, in the past Guillermo worked in J&A Garrigues, a major Spanish law firm, and as in-house lawyer in SunEdison, a large US-headquartered renewable energy developer.
Guillermo holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University Carlos III of Madrid, as well as a Masters Degree in International Business Management from Madrid’s Centre for Economic and Commercial Studies. He also completed a program in Chinese Business and Economics studies in Beijing’s University of International Business and Economics.
