Finance has a critical role to play in the transition to a low carbon, sustainable economy. This cannot be left to voluntary action. The law must incentivise financial institutions to support the transition and hold them accountable where they fail to do so. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this at ClientEarth.
