ClientEarth v Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs - High Court hearing, 18 October 2016. Skeleton argument

Environmental lawyers ClientEarth took the UK government back to the High Court  on 18 October 2016 for failing to deal with illegal levels of air pollution. It is ClientEarth’s second battle in as many years over the UK Environment Secretary’s failure to tackle the national air pollution crisis.

This document is the skeleton argument made by ClientEarth in its case.
