Georg was educated as environmental scientist, ethicist and farmer. Since 2011 he has been working for Greenpeace Switzerland and since 2013 he has been co-leading his own sanctuary farm "Hof Narr". Georg is the Coordinator of the KlimaSeniorinnen case from the beginning up to the historic victory at the European Court of Human Rights in 2024 and until present.
