Alex is a research project manager, trainer, and facilitator of rural communities.

Holder of 3 master's degrees (Sociology, Ecotourism and Conservation of Biodiversity and Forest Ecosystems), a certificate in leadership of community conservation organizations in the Congo Basin, with 5 scientific articles.

 His professional goal is to be an active ambassador for the development of governance and community-based management of natural resources in Central Africa. In this sense, he works as Co-founder and Executive Director of the NGO NADA. He is the Focal Point of the ICCA-Territory of Life Global Consortium in Gabon and the Policy, Programme and Resource Mobilization Officer of the Network of Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities for the Preservation of Forest Ecosystems in Central Africa (REPALEAC). 

Alex ensures that NADA achieves its mission to support and strengthen the rights of Gabon's local and Indigenous communities in the governance and management of their territories and natural resources.
