Regulation – 1979 – Forestry Development Authority Regulation No4 on Control of Non-Concession Operations – Liberia

According to the FDA 1979 Regulation, no operator shall operate any forest in the Republic of Liberia without a valid permit. An application procedure must be undertaken in order to be granted such a permit. The Regulation details the form and duration of the permit as well as the fees involved and grounds for the refusal or withdrawal of the permit.
