Regulation – 1978 – Forestry Development Authority Regulation No1 on Waste of Forest Resources – Liberia

The 1978 FDA Regulation provides with waste of forest resources in relation to logs in the forest, at a landing site or log depot, on the road, in wood processing plant as well as in shipping plant. It establishes a penalty fee for the non-fulfilment of obligations regarding the treatment of waste of forest resources.
