Regional Workshop Report - 19 and 20 February 2015

A Regional Workshop took place in Brazzaville on the 19 and 20 February 2015 under the aegis of a three year project "‘Africa Legal Empowerment project", funded by the Department for International Development. Fifteen participants from the three countries, Gabon, Ghana and Republic of Congo, where activities were implemented, met for the first time to discuss and to assess the three year's project results and outcomes as well as progresses in forest governance that will continue beyond the life of the project itself.

Although the debate focused specifically on project deliverables, it also gave an opportunity to discuss specific political and legal development in the three countries.
