Letter to the EU institutions calling for a meaningful compensation right in the Industrial Emissions Directive

Youth, consumer, health, legal, and environmental groups are calling on Ministers of EU member states, Members of the European Parliament and the European Commission to prioritise health over illegal pollution by adopting a compensation right with minimum guarantees in the EU Industrial Emissions Directive (Article 79a IED).
