Contribution of ClientEarth to the public consultation on the proposal to restrict PFAS under REACH

ClientEarth submitted comments to the proposal made by Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark and Norway to ban the family of highly persistent chemicals called ‘PFAS’ in the EU. Our contribution aims to support the approach of the 5 dossier submitters and the assessment of the European Chemicals Agency’s experts, with a view to ambitiously protect health and the environment against PFAS.
