CO2 emission performance standards for new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles: consultation response

The UK Government consulted on proposals for a draft statutory instrument that would introduce amendments to the Regulation (2019/631) on CO2 emission performance standards for new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. The statutory instrument determines how the Regulation would continue to apply to the UK after its exit from the European Union.
