ClientEarth replies to European Comission defence on access to biofuels documents [Annexes]

As part of the ClientEarth v. the Commission case on access to documents, we have responded to the European Commission's defence. We argue that the Comission has presented legal arguments that indermine administrative practice, legislative prerogative and judicial review.
