ClientEarth's submission to the UK's Work and Pensions Select Committee from February 2024. 

In our submission, ClientEarth recommend the express inclusion in statute of duties for pension scheme trustees to:

• identify, assess and manage risks to the portfolio as a whole, including systemic risk; and 
• identify, assess and manage the impacts of a scheme’s investments on the environment and society.
